Gaggle

Heard this on Laurene Laverne a couple of weeks ago. It is utterly bizarre and yet strangely compelling. Main track "I Hear Flies" has an amazing crescendo; the final bars sounding like the final moments of an Eastenders episode.

They sang "Liar" on the radio; a track that has all the hallmarks of an Oompa Loompa chorus and yet there is a depth and darkness to their work which distracts you from this. It might be their hooded garb but we would love to see them collaborate with Klaxons on something. We just think it would work.
